Count day was December 17

This new CBC is located in Bastrop County between the Bastrop CBC and Austin CBC circles and just a bit to the north. The Lost Pines CBC is a collaborative effort between the Lower Colorado River Authority’s McKinney Roughs Nature Park, its neighbor the Hyatt Lost Pines, Bastrop Audubon Society and the Lost Pines Master Naturalists.   The center point of the count circle is approximately the dead end of The Oaks Blvd (off of FM 969) and the radius is 7.5 miles.  It  includes McKinney Roughs, Hyatt Lost Pines, both parks in Webberville, East Metropolitan Park, the Colorado River (3 kayak sections) from Little Webberville Part to Utley, and lots of rural roads.

 Total species count was 112.
